Evaluation, data-driven decision making, and evaluative thinking are critical skills for your organization. Our approach is participatory, and we will work alongside you and your staff to design evaluation plans, and to build evaluation into your day-to-day work. Evaluation is something you do everyday, you may just need help to ask the right questions of your information, and determine what else you need to know.

OUR EXPERIENCE
We have experience in qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods designs. We have conducted developmental, process, outcome and impact evaluations with a focus on utilization for 20 years. We have held positions as internal and external evaluators, so we understand how to balance data and information needs with program implementation. We work with you to identify the best tools to use for your needs. We have worked with clients in PreK-12 and higher education, health, legal services, and the nonprofit/social profit sector.
OUR PEOPLE
Cheryl Endres, MA, MPA, (PhD in process) is the Principal Consultant. She has over 20 years of experience building capacity to evaluate through workshops; designing and conducting program evaluations; implementing needs assessments; and teaching at the graduate level. Her focus is on collaboration, capacity building and use.

Dee Sherwood, PhD has over fifteen years experience in evaluation and research, with expertise in program development and needs assessment. She also teaches at the graduate level.
